
If your child has vision problem, most common solution is wearing glasses, but this is not a cure.
Teach and make them learn following habits to prevent issues from worsening.
Regular checkups
Make regular appointment with an eye surgeon to monitor their eyes health. These routine checkups are more vital if your kid is wearing glasses to detect any further worsening of their vision. Ensure that correct prescriptive glasses are used by kids.
Take Frequent breaks
Allow your child a 30 minutes break while doing near work. Closing and resting the eyes allows eye muscles to relax.
Go Outside
Child should be encouraged to play outdoor games, instead of staying stuck indoors. This would allow child to be physically active.
Mobile Phone exposure
Try to restrict mobile usage time of your child, as this would help to keep better vision health.
